Introducing our latest addition to the Axolom store - an extraordinary line of Soft Skin Tone Packers (STPs) that redefine comfort and realism. These STPs stand out from our existing product range for their remarkable softness, setting a new standard in the world of prosthetic devices. Unlike the STPs you may currently have from us, these offerings are notably softer, providing an unparalleled level of comfort and natural feel.
Our Soft Skin Tone Packers are thoughtfully designed to mimic the texture and suppleness of real skin, ensuring a more authentic and lifelike experience for our valued customers. We take pride in the quality and attention to detail that have gone into crafting these exceptional STPs.

Axolom Cokit Mini FTM Soft Packer - Two Size Variants:
- The Axolom Cokit FTM Soft Packer is available in a generous 9 cm size, which is celebrated as the "Big Packer." This variant is designed to offer users a more substantial, authentic experience. Notably, the Big Packer features a unique pleasure hole for added sensation and comfort, enhancing the overall user experience.
- The Axolom Cokit Mini FTM Soft Packer also offers a smaller 7.5 cm option, referred to as the "Small Packer." This variant is ideal for those who prefer a more compact and subtle packing experience. The Small Packer does not include a pleasure hole, providing a sleek and discreet design for everyday wear.
These two size variants cater to the diverse preferences and needs of transgender men, allowing them to select the Axolom Cokit Mini that best aligns with their comfort and authenticity requirements. Whether seeking a larger, more realistic experience or a compact and subtle solution, Axolom provides options for everyone.

I've found it really easy to pack with, without it looking like I'm *excited*. I would advise packing up or to the side so that a bulge is visible but not huge.
The only mark down is that I've found it a little difficult to use as an STP. It may be because my urethra is far back, but I have to move the whole packer really far back for STP, and then bring it back up to use as a packer. I have managed to get the hang of it enough to trust it in a public bathroom stall, but not at a urinal yet. Though that may be the harness not having the O-ring low enough?
For context, I am using the Axolom STP Jockstrap underneath regular boxer briefs.
Overall an amazing product, and I would definitely recommend it if you have slightly more regular anatomy.
I've definitely experienced some gender euphoria upon being reunited with my long-lost dick. Before ordering the Echo, I'd only experienced the dildos of the 2010s that are no where near as skin-like, soft, pliable and realistic. It is very aesthetically pleasing to me. I am new to packing and I've spent a lot of money doing research to figure out which combination of packer, holder (adhesive, harness, underwear) and pants or shorts work together to create the kind of bulge I need or want for different purposes. For me, I have four different situations I need to provide for: lounging & sleeping (a big dick is great here, maybe even the Echo XL) I want to feel it on my skin, so a harness is ideal, and the Echo would have been great for this--if I hadn't cut too much of the tab and made it no longer fit into the Axolom harness without slipping forward, DOH! I cut the tab because it protruded out the top, which made me feel more like I was wearing a prosthetic, and less like it was me. My other purposes are daily wear to work, working out and for sex, which is obviously a different prosthetic. It's the beginning of a journey of restoration and the Echo is my starting point. I highly recommend it, but just don't trim the tab flush with the top of the shaft or you won't be able to use it in anything but a pouch inside of underwear.
5’2, my weight fluctuates but i tend to fit size m in clothing. first packer, and wasn’t sure what “size” packer would fit me without looking too big and awkward for my short and small stature. was recommended this and LOVE IT! perfect weight, perfect size, perfect color, does NOT look awkward w/ my height and body. feels perfect between my legs and very gender affirming. sparks joy. :)
Too flimsy. Urine everywhere, the same size width as two of my fingers which is a bitty ol thing. Might just stuff it and use as a backup packer, was hoping this would be great but between the noise level and size I’d have to say nah.
Once it arrived, it already had some loose stitches, but after 3 weeks or so of wearing it (not everyday), I've noticed more bits of fabric coming off. Up to this point, it's held itself together pretty well, my packer (STP The Thinker) also stays in place all the time, even at the beach or playing sports, which is why I really hope it lasts even with these loose bits.
