Pre-Sales Questions

You will receive a tracking info email after the package is fulfilled. The tracking info will update in 7-12 days when the package arrive destination country.

As some countries customs policy, they do not allow importing such products. Means we do not ship to your country at the moment.

You can change the color BEFORE we ship your package.

If you think you chose a wrong color, please email us by service@axolom.com ( Or DM us on Instagram @axolomproducts). Tell us your order number, and the correct color you want. No need to cancel or edit the exsiting order. Your email will be the RIGHT color.

When we ship out your package, the order could not be cancelled. You will get an email notice when the package is shipped.

Yes! A tracking info email will be sent once we fulfill the package.

All packages are shipped from China. The tracking information updates in 7-10 days when the package arrives in your country and pick up by local courier.

Wash your packer with warm water with dishwasher. Furthermore, you can spray some rubbering alcohol on it for deeper disinfection.

All products can NOT be returned due to the sensitive nature of these kind items.
