Our fulfilment center is based in China. Shipping time: 12-18 days to the USA, by USPS; 12-20 days to Europe; 12-20 days to Australia. If you need it urgently, please contact us before you purchase. DHL or UPS Express service available for some extra cost. ( Your phone number is a MUST for Express shipping, we DON'T use your phone number for commercial purpose, only for the courier.)
Yes, a tracking number will be sent in 2-3 days after you order. Tracking link usps.com, 17track.net. Due to the epidemic, the tracking info always updates in 7-10 days until the package arrives your country customs.
You can change the color before we ship your package. If you think you chose a wrong color, please email us by info@axolom.com. Tell us your order number, and the correct color you want. No need to cancel or edit the exsiting order. Your email will be RIGHT color you.
Only Platinum Silicone used for all our products. Body-safe and boilable.
You can wash the packer with warm water and dishwasher. Also, you can boil the packer to sterilize after long time use.
You can cancel your order within 8 hours. When we ship out your package, the order could not be cancelled. You will get an email notice when the package is shipped.
All products can NOT be returned due to the sterilization. If there is a manufacturing defect on your product, please contact our Customer Service.
