Shipping Policy

General:

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping option. All Axolom products are shipped discreetly, plain gift-box and mail box packaged.

Shipping time: 1-3 working days for packaging process, shipping takes 10-20 days upon different destinations.

All prosthetics are described as "Non-liquid silicone molds" for Customs. 

We ship your order to the address you provide us on the Checkout Page. If your address is incomplete (missing an apartment number or business name) we will contact you via the email/phone number you provided. Your order will be placed on hold until we get the correct address. (If you can't complete a purchase on axolom.com due to there is no shipping available to your place, please contact us directly.)

Buyers take the responsibility to make sure that items being shipped are legal in your country. We are not responsible for packages that are confiscated by customs. ( Typically, if you can finish the Checkout Page on axolom.com, your package would be delivered safely.)

You may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty on your package before it gets released by your country Customs. These fees are charged by your country, not axolom.com. We are not responsible for any taxes. If you refuse to pay the taxes, the package will be detained by customs and the purchase amount will not be refunded.

Missing Shipments:

Kindly please check the tracking confirmation email with the correct tracking link. (The email always comes within 1-5 days after your purchase.) You can track the package with the correct tracking link, tracking info always updates in 5-10 days when the package arrive your country Customs.

Be sure that the shipping address in correct, and check your mailbox on time when the package arrives. ( Your purchase won't be refunded if the tracking link shows the package has been delivered correctly.)

Defective or Mis-shipped items:

We inspect every item before shipping to make sure you get a product in well-condition. If there is any manufacturing defect or wrong color from your purchase, please contact our service team for a replacement. 

    Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
