AXOLOM Natow Compact STP Packer - 4.5" Shaft Uncut

Bought with the moveable foreskin custom and it's so realistic! Very soft and flexible. Easy to use as a STP (it was my first one). It is a little big for someone who is 5'4" but it's exactly what I wanted, just a heads up if someone wants something that is a bit more discrete.

I’ve been using STP for a year now and it’s trial and error. This is my third one and I love it very comfortable and I move a lot I also have the jock strap that helps and I don’t have to worry. But the jock strap is a bit small and I have one that I can’t use it with and I like that stp as well and the size up fits but it’s too big. Overall love the product is soft, molds well to area and very natural.

Overall this STP is great. I bought it in C3 and the paint wore off in about a week but it’s still passable. I’m having fun with the movable foreskin! The movable testies are pointless as the cup is so soft that you can’t really move them around or squish them. I figured out how to pee with it in less than a week and a half, having a perfect first try. It works perfectly when placed properly and you can even aim it as long as you don’t move it from its designated spot. It’s very soft and comfortable, I can fall asleep in it laying on my side and stomach which is good as I bought it for camping as well as regular use at home. My main complaints are that small, nearly flat. I’ve been packing it upwards which resolves the issue. It does look very natural when laying down on your back which is good for the gym, however. Doesn’t really work with the flexit harness as it moves around too much to stay properly positioned, the harness kept bringing the shaft forwards and up. I’m currently looking for a better alternative

Overall love this STP. It is nice to pack with. Isn’t too ridged. I have the floating testicles and moving skin. I love the way that feels. I wish I got the hand panting. As an STP I wish the back edge was just slightly more ridged, or maybe had more of a no spill lip. There is a definite learning curve, but I have figured it out, and it does work!

I've been on the lookout for a new STP and knew from previous experience that I liked the silicone and weight to Axolom's packers. So I decide to check out this STP and it works really well with my anatomy. Better than some more expensive brands I've tried in the past. It packs really comfortably as well, in packing underwear or with TransTape. I haven't tried it in a harness. I opted to not go with the additional extras as I've not liked them on other brands but may look into ordering another in the future to see if Axolom's floating implants are any more comfortable.

Great packer, but hard to STP with- Definitely not a beginner STP, it takes time to get the hang of.
Overall though its really great. I love the visual of it, and how it sits in my boxers. It also sits well in the flexit for packing, though it needs a bit of adjusting.
I also got the moving skin, and its seriously great, very fun, I would say definitely worth the extra cost.

Got this with moveable skin and testes. Looks and feels amazing. Ultimately too big for my taste, both as a packer and with regards to STP function. The loss of stars is related to both the fact that the product produces a greasy/oily residue that stains my underwear (not okay and Axalom just said it shouldn't do this, but did not otherwise offer any help, even though I provided pictures) and because of the STP function. With regards to STP function, for reference, I'm 5'5" athletic/average build. I'd only used a medicine spoon before this. Basic learning on using the funnel was fine, even easy. However length and softness of shaft created some issues when using fully clothed. Any tension or pressure from clothing easily bends shaft, with the expected resulting flow issues. I couldn't go over the waistband as had been my habit, without pulling the underwear down lower than I like to, and a vertical fly also created bending issues in the shaft when wearing snugger fitting underwear. I did find work arounds (looser underwear, horizontal fly) but didn't love them. Combined with the too-large packed size and the greasy/oily staining, this is not the right product for me, in spite of how it looks and feels.

The aesthetics and spatial mass are nice. The heft and movable testicles are great. I got mine with a custom skin tone, but was sent something wildly different to what I requested.
The functionality has issues. The soft material is a double-edged sword: great for packing comfort though the weight distribution and shaft length throws off the center of gravity, which risks rolling on its side and falling out of pouch underwear unless a harness is worn. The cup compresses and pushes upward when held; combined with the insufficient depth, a restrictive V-shaped funnel, and the excessive shaft length creating too much distance for fluid clearance, it struggles with normal flow and causes backflow/overflow issues. Sitting down to use a standard toilet also borders on impractical, as the shaft length forces the tip too close for comfort to the bowl/water level.

If I could give half stars, I would rate the Natow as a 4.5. I've owned the uncut version of the Natow Pro since March, but admittedly haven't been using it every day as I was trying out different STPs. However, I came back to the Natow simply because I love the look and feel of it over any of the other prosthetics I own.

4.5" inch shaft may seem "big," to some, but it is a completely none issue when packing. The shaft and balls squish down in a harness and underwear, and the bulge is not overt or inappropriate. It's excellent for packing. I own some prosthetics that are around the same size or smaller than the Natow, but provide a large, "boner"-like package. The length of the shaft is perfect in my opinion, and the material allows it to pack easier regardless of length.

The floppiness and softness of the prosthetic is great, and I love flopping it around. I think that makes it a lot closer to being realistic than even some of the more expensive prosthetics, most of which are quite firm and rigid.

However, peeing with the Natow is a little difficult. I can pee successfully using the Flex-It Harness, and without, but I have no success as of yet when attempting to do so with a harness, underwear and pants. I am not well versed in standing to pee, but I believe I need more time to "get to know" the prosthetic and positioning while wearing clothes to use it successfully. While I have muscular thighs, I find they don't squish the cup. Given how shallow the cup is, the pressure of it being pushed up by my clothes is causing it to deform against my body. With how easy it is to accidentally squish the cup upwards and have pee spill out everywhere, I can't give the Natow five stars.

I experimented by placing a funnel from a different prosthetic into the Natow's shaft, and that made it easier to pee, however, the funnel insert made it difficult to pack. I ordered a "Winkie" to try with the Natow, but I am also determined to work around the squishiness of the cup and use it without any additional devices in public eventually.

Another caveat, albeit incredibly minor, is that there is a squelching noise. I only noticed it when working out, and during lunges or squats. However, it is very quiet and likely unnoticeable to others. I also don't think there is anything you can really do about it, given how the Natow's moving testicles and skin is made, thus it's not anything to really be concerned over.

To round off my review, the only degredation and wear on the Natow that I have noticed is a slight deformation in the balls, likely a harmless side effect from the Flex-It harness that I wear every day, and the additional paint wearing off. Both of which are to be expected. I have not noticed any tearing, flaking or egregious leakage from either the shaft or balls and it is quite a well made prosthetic, provided you take care of it.

I really wanted this to be what you see on the website but it isn’t. There is a lot of good and furthermore a lot of potential but the two I received were both problematic.

The first one was shipped unpainted but it functioned well as a stp. It looked semi realistic but lacked definition and detail. I contacted the company with proof and they replaced the pro with a painted one. It looked amazing but did not function. Something was wrong inside the shaft tunnel and a bubble formed the first time I tried to use it. There was a hole or imperfection and the pee formed a bubble under the foreskin. It’s useless as a stp but looked good until the pee abscess thingy that I can’t get to drain without puncturing the foreskin?

The foreskin feature is mostly nice but not realistic. It is attached to the glans and therefore does not slide like actual anatomy. It is fun to play with though. It’s not as thin as the website makes it seem and with proper care will last. The balls are fun and the integrated soft cup is not visible behind them when packed. The cup is super soft and molds to your anatomy. It works like a dream if you don’t white knuckle it and have it far enough back. They packed better up for me than down because the flap at the anterior base of the shaft is way too small and does not hold it flush so the top pokes out of packing underwear when packed down. This is unfortunate because I prefer to dress down.

It takes a while for these to reach the US from China but it is discreet with no visible customs label announcing your purchase and customer service is amazing.

Two stars for look, semi realistic foreskin, and function in combination of the two. It would be a 4-5 if either pro was complete in look and function, sadly neither were.

So i love the look of this stp. Its comfortable, a good size and shape for my body, and realistic looking: however, the aggregation of actually using it makes sure it stays on the shelf.

First, as a stp, this is completely useless, at least for me. The sides are floppy, and the cup doesnt angle down- so urine gets trapped in the ball section and overflows every dang time unless i pull the peen way down and away from my body so that the hole is actually the lowest point.

I would just pack with it, but the top of the packer is so narrow that the top slips through the hole of the Packing and stp harnesses/underwear i have. If there was a tiny bit more "skin" around the top to keep it in place, and the shape of the funnel was different, it would be a winner.

I am going to try it with a winkie and try to add a bit more of a lip to the top of the cup with silicone repair goo, but i would love if it was usable right out of the package..

It looks great and packs well, and the moving skin is quite nice. However the STP part is completely unusable which defeats the entire purpose because there are better things available for just packing. The cup is flat and extremely shallow, and it is extremely flimsy which increases the chance of spilling. It's spilled from the back, front, sides because the cup is so soft. I've had it for a few months now and I've tried different techniques and read advice from others on how to use it, but it just isn't working

Most comfortable packer ever. Pees 100% perfect when you get the hang of it. The extra paint did fade pretty quick, but the main paint layer is still fantastic.

I received my product a little over a month ago on January 13, I was extremely happy with it until the last few days, I noticed a tear on the underside which has gradually gotten bigger causing it to leak. I’ve been extremely careful and gentle with the product so I was hoping for more durability and for it to last longer than one month!

I got the basic version for durability's sake. It's comfortable and looks good - the slight color differences really add to it - and works well as an STP. I appreciate that there's an uncut version. The shaft size is perfect for easily making it out through multiple flies without creating an oversized bulge.

The biggest change I'd make to this packer is adding length to the balls. They could be extended by a few cm without making anything oversized or disproportionate, and a longer cup to catch the flow would make this easier to use for people with farther back anatomy.

I pee good in this. Looks nice and feels real.

+ pretty realistic, unfortunately you cannot take the skin off even in pro version, but it moves around so great
+ feels like skin if touched trough a fabric
+ moveable balls are great, i waited all my life to do that
+peeing is very easy, i managed to do it first try

- came with some tiny balls of fabric (like the annoying ones that stick to everything). Due to the stp's material properties it was difficult to take them off but i managed to clean it.
- it had a strong silicone smell, but it came off after a few washes.
