Havent had too much success to stp with bc of far back urethra. I use a spouti.
Add on: i use trans tape to attach it but none of the tape sticks to the packer. It feels so nice to hang
If you want it to pass a grab test for like a date or smth you can use bandage or some kinda cloth roll to fill it up. You can choose how firm you want it and make it feel semi aswell. I think it feels hyper realistic that way!
