AXOLOM Echo XL Realistic Packer - 4.5" Shaft Uncut

Okay, so I held off on reviewing this packer for an entire year. I purchased this along with the Flex-it Harness and the Monsieur Wiggle (he was on sale so I thought, why not?) and truthfully, I love them both. The Echo feels wonderfully soft and squishy; I opted to only get the floating testicles and not the moving foreskin. The ONLY concern I have is that even though I swap between the two packers so the Echo doesn't get daily wear and I never sleep with it on, the left side of the sack has started to feel like the silicone has stretched out and gotten thinner, likely because I'm thick thighed, so the sack does get kind of squished between them when I'm sitting even though I tend to wear it higher on my pelvis, so definitely take that into consideration if you're a thicker guy. This has literally been my only issue with the Echo and it has been a wonderful prosthetic for me overall.

The movable features and texture makes this very realistic. It's also a great sensory experience, very comfortable and feels natural.

It's tricky to find a packer that is big enough to change the way that pants fit on my body without looking like I'm bricked up! I have an apron belly and a bigger mons pubis, so it's easy for smaller packers to not really change anything re: how my pants fit. This may be an 'XL' but its a very realistic size and it's so squishy that it feels natural and doesn't stick out oddly. The tab is big enough to tuck under the waistband of my briefs and because it's squishy it doesn't shift around when I move around. I can't emphasize enough how realistic the texture is!

Axolom exceeded my expectations in every way. The realism, softness, and comfort are incredible, especially at this price point. It’s easy to wear daily and looks natural under clothing. You can tell they actually care about making affirming products for trans people. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

After years of using a very basic packer, I finally splurged on this - completely blew me out of the water! Definitely passes the grab test. I did not expect this to make me this happy. Absolutely recommend. Most of the time I wear it just loose in boxer briefs or briefs. I've worn it in a hot tub, pool, and to the sauna in swim trunks with a built in liner. I feel like it only ever needs to be in a harness when I'm engaging in more rigorous physical activity, like working out, hiking, dancing, etc.

This packer really exceeded my expectations.
The last two packers I had were from another brand and very realistic and comfortable but they were about 5x the price of this one and both of them started to crack after just a couple of months of use which caused me to give up and look for something else.

I tried this one, as for me a realistic look and feel is extremely important, but I was a bit hesitant as it seemed "too good to be true" for such a low pricepoint. Altough its not as detailed in paint and texture as the more expensive one I had before it is still very realistic. It is much softer and lighter than my previous one which makes it less awkward to wear, most of the time I cant even feel that its there. The 3d balls feel really nice and the shaft is very soft, not bulgy even with the bigger size.

Another reason I was hesitant was after seeing that axolom packers cant be used with adhesive sheets, but since I had sheets left over from the old packer I tried applying it and it worked. Have now been wearing it for a week with adhesive sheet and it shows no sign of coming off. For me its very important as harness or packing underwear is very inconveniant and caues me dysphoria.

I cant speak to the durability yet as i've only had it for a week, but even if it starts breaking after a few months it feels much more reasonable to buy a packer with this price a couple times per year compared to similar ones at very high prices.

Overall its definately the best packer i've had so far and am very happy that I found it, would definately reccomend.

I have tried so many different packers but none of them have felt quite right, until I found this packer. It is comfortable to wear and stays in place when worn with Axolom flexit FTM harness.

Eh. Kinda disappointed with this one. Doesn't look as realistic as I hoped. I also got a c3 instead of c4 that I usually get. Has a very overwhelming smell that I hope will fade quickly. A lot squishier than I thought it was. It's a nice size. Idk I thought it'd be a lot better. It did get here faster than my other orders. Only took a week, instead of 2.

Very durable, extremely comfortable, great squish. Not too big, even though I am not a tall person.
Very recommended!

I love this thing. It makes a pretty big bulge, but very nicely fills out the front of a jock strap. The packer is soft enough that if you tuck it up, you can minimize how far you stick out. The soft silica gel warms up to your body and it feels like part of you after a very short time wearing it.

Man, what can I say, feels great, especially when its been recently powdererd. Iballs are squishy and so it mold nicely as your wearing it, and the shaft? it has a nice flop to it and just feels great.

sometimes I forget I'm packing to the point I grab it to go pee and then am like god damnit. Id love the touch of this shaft to somehow be adapted into an stp.

downsides - mostly I've been unable to make it work reliably with adhesives on the tab, I dont know if thats an issue with my adhesives or to to with how nice a soft the silicon in. No biggy I will get a clip harness of sometype. the other thing is the balls sometimes make noise... but its rare.
I loveed the XL so much I'm going to try the regular echo out as well. As I'm not out - its just for me at the moment and I need to fly under the radar a bit.
the lite is too small for me and doesn't have all the bells and whistles texture wise.

Seriously, if you are on the fence and the Echo(original or XL, I have both!) is at the top of your list, go for it! Between the floating testicles, the realistic look, AND feel Axolom has really outdone themselves. The squish on this packer is all but guaranteed to pass a grab test and keeps your bulge from being obscene.
I could not recommend this any more highly.

Super soft. Awesome that it has a tab. Best on the market even though it’s one of the cheapest. Balls are so fucking cool.

Looks and feels amazing, and it's the perfect size for me!! it's very realistic and such a great price. 😄
