The shaft features an upgraded extra painting process that highlights realistic vein textures with more depth and definition. 

The goal is to reduce any “toy-like” appearance and create a more natural visual impression.

Soft, movable testicles add natural movement and realistic bounce, enhancing both the look and feel during everyday wear.

The Lathro with tab also supports optional customization of a flexible skin structure on the shaft. It is not a retractable foreskin and cannot be pulled back to expose the glans.
