Was debating whether or not to do extra painting

Was debating whether or not to do extra painting. Decided to do it and SO WORTH IT! Highly recommend it!

Extra painting Argos

There was only 2 veins painted on the packer and they have already completely faded. I think this is a new feature and hopefully overtime you guys can perfect this because i did like the veins i just wish there were more and it lasted much longer.

Extra painting isn’t worth the extra cost :(

The paint wore off after just a few days, and I hadn’t even washed it. In its current state, the extra painting isn’t worth the extra cost. :(

Just to clarify, the extra hand-painted detailing is designed for visual realism, but it is not permanent. It can gradually fade with friction during wear, and that’s expected over time. Washing alone usually doesn’t remove it easily, but regular rubbing or frequent use can naturally reduce the surface paint layer.

Incorrect custom colour match

Had many exchanges regarding the custom colour service to make sure what I was asking for was understood, photos were also provided. Asked for C5's depth with a warm yellow undertone, was sent a colour lighter than C5 and even MORE cool pink than what C5 is.
Edit to response: The order request was simple: use the depth of your existing C5 shade as a benchmark, but shift the formulation to a warm, yellow undertone.

Instead, the product delivered is LIGHTER than C5 and has an EVEN MORE cool pink undertone than the baseline shade. This isn't a minor hand-crafting deviation, it's the complete inverse of the temperature and value adjustments I paid extra for. Screen calibrations and "subjective" colour perception are entirely irrelevant here—how the value scale was missed when you have the baseline shade on hand is baffling. A warm yellow was requested, and what was received was even cooler and lighter pink.

After reviewing your request with our production team, we realized that there can be significant differences in how skin tones and undertones are perceived. What we interpret as a warmer yellow or olive tone may not match what a customer expects, even when working from the same base color.

For this reason, we made the decision some time ago to discontinue our custom color adjustment service. This was a general business decision based on previous orders, as we found that we couldn't consistently achieve the level of precision customers expected, which sometimes led to disappointment.

To avoid creating a result that may not meet your expectations, we've already refunded the additional fee you paid for the custom color adjustment.

Second one I’ve purchased

It’s absolutely perfect. Quality is nice the size is okay and the paint is pleasing to the eye. Moveable skin is a must. Only thing wish it was thicker and the top flap was longer . Overall, amazing product.
