AXOLOM Echo Realistic FTM Packer - 3.5" Shaft Uncut Version

I initially received an Uncut Echo with a defect and had some trouble getting a response. Once Axolom saw my honest review, they addressed the issue promptly and sent a replacement. It lacks its advertised pinkish colour on the scrotum and head, but I’m willing to look past it on account of its otherwise wonderful pour.

The Echo is an incredible packer. While not highly detailed, it’s unbelievably soft, offering realistic movement and all-day comfort. As someone on the spectrum, I really appreciate how wearable it is for long periods. I got my Uncut Echo in the C1 shade, and as a pale person I found the colour match surprisingly natural. It is definitely darker than the product photos.

If you prioritise comfort and lifelike motion, the Echo is genuinely worth purchasing. It’s delicate due to its softness, but with gentle care it holds up beautifully.

I love this even more than I thought I would. It looks simple, but it’s so soft and floppy, especially once it absorbs your body heat, and swings realistically in a O-ring. My new go-to! Thank you!!

The packer is soft and super squishy, the downwards pointed shaft creates a nice and subtle buldge and it stays in place without any harness if your underwear isn't too loose. However the durability of the packer seems to be lacking, even after being super careful with it and making sure to not wear the packer while sleeping, the base of the shaft where it meets the tab started ripping after just a couple days of wear. The free floating testicles feel awesome, but moving them makes a very loud noise because of the air bubbles inside the sack.

I’ve been searching for the last year for a packer that is made of silicone but has a more realistic squish. So many silicone packers are just too firm and heavy which gets uncomfortable to wear. But other options with liquid silicone or squishier fill are so so expensive.
This echo is just what I needed. Compresses enough to feel like it’s more part of my body than other packers I’ve tried. Wore it to the gym for the first time yesterday and definitely needed less rearranging than other packers through my leg day.

I wouldn't have considered myself particularly dysphoric about my genitals, but I decided to try this as my first packer. I use it with Trans Tape instead of a harness, and make a sort of sling around the shaft to keep it on and stable. The feel (when powdered, especially) is extremely realistic, particularly with the moveable foreskin and testes. It creates a realistic bulge in my pants (I am 5'0" and 120 lb), and brings me a euphoria that I can hardly explain. I sleep with this sucker on, because I never want to take it off! It was well worth the cost.

It's a very nice size and texture, the softness is very good too and very squeezable. It did have a little scratch on the surface but its nothing that affects the usage of the product! It did get a little sticky after a couple of days but i just slap on a bit of cornstarch and its good to go! Overall good and feels nice to wear too. Ordered it to sweden and it was no problem!

I've always been very self conscious when it came to packing as I felt most brands I wore were too tough and made me feel like I had a boner 24/7.

I have NEVER had that problem with Axolom's packers. I've had a few, but the Echo I found is the perfect dick for me! I even forget I have it on most days. The material is very comfortable and as squishy as a real penis. So, of course, when I could get one with a premium paint job and movable foreskin it was a no-brainer; and yes, its still incredibly comfortable!

Obsessed with it! I’m a woman who sometimes has bottom dysphoria and this has been awesome. The bulge feels great and a bit hefty, looks and flops around wonderfully too. My gf also loves it. It’s simple looking and not overly detailed, the few details that are there are perfect. The skin tone options are also great for my medium skin tone.
I also found if I fold the tab back and put it between my labia majora that it can look pretty convincing for a photo that way! Definitely had people thinking i had a real dick from some photos I took :D thank you!
If you can make one with a movable/retractable foreskin … thats the only thing I wish this had!

Realistic looking, squishy, and stays well in underpants with a simple harness. A tad bigger than the other one I was using but it looks reasonable in jeans or shorts. I don't attach it to myself so I can't speak to that. I wouldn't work out with it or go running as it would move around too much but in fitted pants it works great regardless of activity.

I’m a 5 foot trans guy and it’s hard to find packers that are an appropriate size and comfortable. This one is perfect. It’s realistic. It’s a perfect size and it’s extremely comfortable often times I forget I’m even wearing it would highly recommend.

My new favorite! So squishy and the balls are amazing, but i wish it was a little bit bigger and lower and the thickness of the saft. I love it wear it all day. I’m gonna buy one size up next

The look, the feel, phenomenal!

This packer was my second purchase from Axolom as I found the brand reputable and good quality, the packer is soft with a lovely squish feel and beautifully textured so I have very few complaints, only that the balls are a little on the small side and the skin is a little thin so I'm afraid of tearing or popping though they remain structurally sound as we speak, maybe thats a normal guy fear, and the silicon had a very small flaky issue at the start but seems to be going away with wear and washing. Otherwise this has become my daily accessory and I believe I would feel half the man without it, I love it and so does my dear fiance, would recommend.

I love this packer, it's very soft and comfortable. I found it hard to find packers that can pack to the side without turning around all together:) this one is flexible enough to pack to the side or up. I also started to like the flap cause you can just cut ir the way you need it. And I like that the back of the packer is not curved, on me, the flat part sits right on my pubic bone so the shaft starts right above my anatomy and the balls sit very well between the legs. the balls are super fun and soft too. I find that curved packers touch and rub more skin and I don't like that my body doesn't get any air then, when I am packing the whole day.
After almost a year of packing I figured that aesthetics are not the most important for me, but the size, weight and flexibility.
For swimming and dancing I use the smaller version of this packer. But idk about you, I have a mental and sensory Image of what my penis and balls are like... To get even closer I needed this packer to be this girth and ball size but 1-2 cm shorter.. maybe I'll try the cockit soft or another one in the future, but I'm worried its not as soft and flexible as the echos.

I bought this packer with high hopes, given that it's listed as a realistic packer. However, due to the lack of color options between C7 and C8, the skin color match is not even close.

The packer feels good; it's soft and pliable. But it's not visually realistic and feels like a fake appendage rather than a part of me.

I recommend higher-cost brands if you're looking for true realism and color matching (Reelmagik, Exoogen, Emisil, Prosthesisman, etc.).

I got the regular size Echo in both cut and uncut. I much prefer uncut, but will switch between the two depending on the day. I used to pack daily with the Argos, but found the balls on the Echo to be much softer and nicer to pack with. The bulge the Echo creates is very natural and easily passes the grab test. For me, this is the perfect packer.

Did a lot of research before purchasing, and this packer did not disappoint. I was unsure if i wanted the tab or not, and i'm so glad i did. It sits perfectly in both the axolom underwear and the harness. It's quite realistic, and the movable testicles are a nice touch. Absolutely would recommend.

I would never believe I could get such a realistic feeling from a packer of this price. It down give the bon3r effect of cheap packers, it is soft just as a real one, I've been searching for one for quite a lot. (watch the youtube videos)

I was looking for a packer that I could wear in tight pants and not create a big boi bulge. I present as part of my job so often standing up in front of a crowd and I don’t want any distractions for the audience if you know what i mean! Presenting I wear formal business attire such as fitted chino’s or suit pants so they do tend to be slimmer fitting and I’ve found my other packers to be firmer and therefore end up being bulkier looking in the crotch. The Echo is lovely and soft and more squishy so if feels really natural, I can adjust it easily when needing to find just the right position, and it provides the right amount of gender affirmation without needing to be bragging. However, at times I definitely do want something ‘more’ down there so am looking at purchasing possibly the Echo XL as I love the squish factor of the OG Echo.

Title says it all. This feels EXACTLY like a flaccid dick. It’s very soft, which makes it quite comfortable to wear, and isn’t tacky at all. It also miraculously sits exactly where it should in tight briefs and never rides up, even with the tab cut. Finally, it always makes the perfect sized bulge, never drawing attention to itself, but always visible. Seems durable so far.

I own over 10 packers and this one takes the cake! The squish factor, weight, and realistic coloring make this the best value packer I’ve ever had

This is my first "real" packer, and I love it! It's looks and feels very realistic, which helps with both dysphoria and passing. It's not overly large and looks natural on me (5'6" and a little bit on heavier side). I've seen other people online have issues with durability, but I wear mine in a pouch style harness and I haven't had any issues with tearing after a month. It does pick up lint pretty quickly, but that's kind of a given with what it's made of. Overall, I love it!
