Bought this as my first STP. I got the c3 in the pro moveable foreskin and testicles. I am very happy with how it is, it is very soft and realistic and sits well against my body. I also bought some packer boxers with it which is very comfortable. I have tried out the stp and it is exactly what I ordered. Helps a lot with the bottom dysphoria and I’m more than happy. As well as having it shipped to NZ it was a very fast process as it only took about a week. Thank you AXOlOM you’re amazing! Also your packaging is very discreet so thank you

Axolom has the best bang for your buck so to speak. This is a great product that is durable, realistic, great size to look flaccid but still feel something is there, I love that the colors wont fade. My dysphoria is received with this stp and love the features of the movable balls and skin. It feels super real! My absolute favorite product so far with my favorite company. Well done!

I have bought tons of packers and all of them aside from one either make me look like I have a boner or a super pointy bulge. Which I m uncomfortable with around my nieces and Publix spaces.

This would be was soft felt very life like. I opted for the extra paint moveable skin and life like balls. I love it. But I do struggle with it as a stp device. I order one of their others that has more of a funnel shape to see if that’s better. I use this exclusively as a packer with their harness it sits perfectly

I’ve had mine for 4 months now, and I love him. To me, he feels just like my real one. Peeing was never an issue right from the start, and I’ve never missed once. Before this, I used the Freely, which taught me that it’s crucial not to position the cup too far back. Instead, after finding the right spot, you need to press the cup slightly backward against your bottom.

I can’t understand why he breaks so early for so many people. I have a physically demanding job, ride a bike, and work out—and after 4 months, he is still holding up. I just handle him very carefully when he's in my hands and never touch him with my fingernails. (I have the version with movable skin and testicles).

I wear him either loose in tight underwear or in the coco nuts underwear because of the built-in pouches. He feels real and looks real. He is just extremely authentic, even when packing. I really don't like walking around with a big packer that constantly creates a massive bulge and then shifts around during sports or work. With my Natow, I can just forget about him throughout the day, no matter if I'm wearing sweatpants or regular pants. He is very squishy, so you should be a fan of loose pants to position him correctly when peeing.

The only thing I could still wish for would be a tab to attach him directly to the body. That would be a dream!

This STP with sliding skin is an extremely realistic prosthetic that sits naturally and works flawlessly. I purchased it for my Temptations topless cruise in Mexico and it did not disappoint. I wasn't worried or nervous to wear it and use it while dancing in the sun on a boat in Mexico with 48 other couples. I even wore my Cake Bandit jock strap with it for extra sexiness! I got this packer 3 months ago and it teared around the 2nd month and just completely teared open so that kinda sucks, I still use it since I’m unable to afford a new one. But overall loved packing with it just the STP is a struggle for me

It was an ok packer, but quite hard to use as an STP without spilling. But the foreskin has now busted open after only having it for two months. Disappointed

The product is good but I have it Less than a month and it busted open for me, the liquid went through my pants so I ended up throwing it away. Please be extra careful as this is very sensitive.

The Axolom Natow STP Packer is AMAZING. Super realistic, heats up to match your body temp, and the movable testicles give that extra touch of realism.

My only complaints are with the vein painting and the foreskin. The foreskin is so cool, but it is definitely thin and therefore fragile. You have to be VERY careful with the shaft or it will tear and leak fluid. I recommend satin underwear to reduce friction.
The paint on the veins wore off pretty quickly, but that isn't something that I'm too worried about so it's not super annoying to me but may be for others. The rest of the coloring on the packer has stayed!

Over all, super recommend this packer. It's up there with the super realistic packers that go for $300+.

Absolutely amazing product. The skin is so realistic I cant believe how it feels and looks. No prosthetic comes close to the realism on these and for the price its amazing. Never stop selling the Natows they are incredible prosthetics.

I’m in love with this packer. The skin feels insane. Nothing like I’ve ever used or really felt before in something like this. Absolute game changer from the basic stp I had previously. It’s very soft but I think that makes it look very natural when wearing it. The cup is shallow but so far I haven’t had any leaks the very few times I’ve tried it out. Mostly been packing with it though. Pretty much everything I could want in a packer reasonably.
If I had to have a gripe, I think it would be nice if at least the top area had more of a “tab” to keep the edges flat against me while I move, and to help keep it in harnesses/jock straps that would be cool but I’m nitpicking, I think. Some paint has already started to wear after a few weeks but that’s to be expected. Still looks and feels amazing. I’ve definitely already recommended this to people. Will probably buy again.

It might be me, but the cup has spilled from the back a few times. I don't fully believe that the stp is at fault as i might be rushing the learning process, the only immediate downsides I can think of are that, one, the balls have gotten a bit more flat, it's nothing bad, just an observation. Two, the paint rubbed off on the first day but it still looks amazing. Lastly the cup is just a bit too small which could be a problem for some, and I need to position it unnaturally low for it to work, but still not problem for me yet as id be at home or in a stall, not a urinal yet, even then I don't think most guys would look.

this is my first stp, and i've had a really good experience with it. once i got my placement and technique right, it was really easy to pee without making any mess. however, i do wish the cup was a little bigger. regardless, packs really natural, feels good, and i just love it

Hello! First time using Axolom, just got mine like 4 days ago! Let me start with the shipping, it probably only took 1 week to arrive! So that was perfect! Also, All I can say is that I f*^%{* LOVE IT, so is wife! I never felt so confident, like it feels and looks like the real thing ! I bought the rod to use it erect and let me tell you! IT WORKS! This is the best pack & play I ever owned in my entire life! It feels like I have a real dick , the way it hangs, the way the sliding skin feels, the way the balls feels everything amaze me!

Amazing, super realistic. Not the easiest to navigate when being a beginner at using an STP. I experience leakage but I’m personally still learning. Fantastic for packing and once you get the hang of things I’m sure fantastic for the STP function
