Llegó a su debido tiempo, entre 2-3 semanas (desde el inicio de su elaboración) que era lo esperado ya que soy de México. Tiene acabados detallados, me equivoqué con el color pero realmente ya es lo de menos. Al orinar es satisfactorio que no tenga que deter la orina cada cierto tiempo con miedo a que se rebase porque realmente no me dio ni un problema, me hace sentir con mucha euforia. La parte de los testículos si te hace mayor volumen así que ojo con eso, tiene un tamaño muy decente en realidad, no es tan pequeño, se ve un poco cabezón en una parte. Me encantó y tiene un precio accesible;)

At first it's awesome the details are great and the touch is pretty realistic BUT after one month of utilisation the foreskin broke and a transparent liquid keep liking out I sent a mail to know what should I do and if my giano is stil utilisable but for now I don't know if anyone have an answer I would be really grateful.

Pretty good - BUT ! Do not get the foreskin, it is super delicate and broke within 3 days of use.

Works great but as far as sturdiness that have to be worked on .. have created a few accidents

My husband has struggled with going to the bathroom when we are out. Now he has no problem.

Good size, horrible as STP, I spill every time because it is not good desined for STPing, too soft. The could free the balls and make it bigger whole for stping and harder silcon so we dont spill

Looks good, love the size for packing and play but horrible as a STP. I have used other STO without issue but this one leaves me with a lot to be desired

I personally love this STP and have bought it multiple times.

I think it works for anyone, I’m around 5 foot and it doesn’t look unusual regardless of my height. It’s definitely something you have to get used to and is challenging at first but after a while it’s easy regardless of who you are.

I suggest using tight underwear to keep it in place especially if you plan on running or any sort of cardio. It may just be because of my height but I find that I have to adjust it a lot and use a packer rather than a STP when I’m doing any sort of sport or physical activity.

I wouldn’t suggest using urinals until you have practiced and are confident using it or you may have problems with back flowing and spilling. Unfortunately it has caused me to piss my pants a few times, but with practice I got used to it and it was no longer a problem. This may all be because I’m extremely short but it is also just difficult to use in the beginning.

I love how detailed it is and how soft and comfortable it is. It matches my skin color perfectly and is pretty realistic It doesn’t cause any skin irritation or discomfort. I wash it everyday and have had no problems with it.

I think that this product works for everyone if you are patient and practice before using it in public.

my girlfriend says that she likes it and I also like it I got one shade lighter than needed, but it’s OK because it’s still matches. My girlfriend says if it keeps heat and feels real, my dysphoria has went away once I got it.

It’s hard to pack with (I pack with the harness) but my wife loves it. Whenever I pack with it, I feel like I’m going to hurt the silicone and it always ends up bending in weird way in my pants. But, overall, I absolutely love it, just not for daily wear :)

good product- greate quality, easy to use, realistic, and easy to wash but it peels easily especially at the tip which annoys me.

Der Packer sieht realistisch aus und fühlt sich gut an. Leider ist er für recht kleine Männer eine Wucht das macht es für den Alltag schwierig.
Ich habe mich mit diesem Problem an axolom gewendet und mir wurde sehr schnell eine Alternative angeboten. Vielen Dank an Axolom für die tolle Arbeit. Ihr macht mein Leben leichter :)

this is my first packer/stp ever, i’ve wanted to get one for years but couldn’t for a lot of reasons (insert life story here) when i was choosing what size i decided to go big or go home knowing that most people recommend to get a smaller size, i have zero regrets but i definitely intend to buy the 5inch when i have some extra money again lol, this thing has been insanely euphoric, the feel is amazing, only took me a 2nd try peeing in the show to lock down the position, and if i was a taller guy or had tighter boxers the packing would be perfect but since im on the short side i fear the 6inch may look a bit awkward, that being said i can’t imagine life without it from the second i put in my pants so i’ll find a way to power through, i never bought the insert for play but was able to enjoy some masturbation without it which felt like an insane game changer to see it, i can say now that i unfortunately completely understand where all the audacity and entitlement cis me have come from, the way it feels to have it between your legs when you walk is a powerful one that most men really don’t deserve

I've had two packers before getting the Giano, and it blew them both out of the water. Before this I was used to peacock, but the moment I got my Giano with the insert I was blown away (literally). And I'm pre-T, so I don't have growth. Despite that I felt a major difference between the Giano and my previous packer. My boyfriend and I had fun trying out :) I like how the insert firms it up, but doesn't make it too stiff to move.
I love the realistic color and texture. I haven't used it as an STP, so the hole on the tip is a bit distracting, but I assume it would make going to the bathroom a lot easier than my former packers as well. So I don't mind it. I can tell so much care went into making this product, and I feel so much more in tune with my masculinity now. It was a great price for its quality too!

I’ve had a couple different STP’s & I just recently got this one! I can definitely say it’s the best STP I've owned hands down! The cup is big enough to fit snug on your anatomy and there isn’t a lot of leaks! Also super comfortable to wear on a daily basis! I definitely recommend!

I was going back and forth on which one to get and I do believe I made the best decision I am beyond thankful for the confidence boost this website never fails me

I didn't expect the STP to be so easy to use as I've never used one before. This was perfect! It packs well and pees well! Can't wait to try out the play portion since I also bought the rod.

Best sleeve yet. Soft flesh like feel. Either the sleeve or the insert could be a little stiffer for better penetration. BUT DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY. ( I purchased sleeve,insert, and harness)

This new design is far more flexible, comfortable, and realistic. And even better, from base to tip it’s about 7in. Very happy with my purchase.

I really do like this packer, I just have a few things that I’ve noticed.
Pros:
- Color matches my skin tone very well (I got the C1 color since I’m very pale)
- Sits nicely in my jockstrap (not from Axolom)
- Has some weight to it, but not too much to be excessive
- Feels nice texture-wise, just not quite skin-like
- Packs pretty nicely

Cons:
- I’ve only had it for maybe 2 months now and it’s already tearing around the base and the tip. Only really worn it casually for going out of the house, I don’t do much activity in it outside of everyday movement.
- VERY easily spills 60% of the time. I’ve had a very hard time figuring out the perfect way to position it just so I don’t pee on myself. Even then it’s always a hit or miss since I may reposition it wrong even though I think I’ve moved it into the right position. 1000% needs a spill guard/inner lip to prevent complications.
- Feels a little strange in my pants, I can’t quite figure out how I should sit since even when I’m sitting normally I can feel it bend in awkward ways that probably contributed to it tearing. I either have to be slumped super far into my chair so my crotch is off the seat, or I have to sit on the very edge of my seat. Probably because of the size, but I’m unsure due to the other mentioned factors.
- Personal taste but it’s a little too big for me, probably should’ve gotten something around 5.5 inches instead.

Overall, an okay pick if you’re willing to fiddle with making it work. I’m not quite sure it’s what I would look for now since I have experience with it.

This is my second purchase and definitely happy with this one both for function and play
