Inspired by customer feedback, the AXOLOM Natow Lifelike FTM Packer Uncut is a more compact version of our original Natow STP, redesigned for comfortable everyday packing. This version features an uncut design for those who prefer a natural, intact appearance.
Movable Testicles – Featuring the same gel-filled scrotum design as our Echo Realistic, this option adds subtle, lifelike movement while delivering a softer, more realistic feel for enhanced comfort during everyday wear.
The naturally contoured foreskin, textured scrotum, and lifelike skin details are carefully sculpted to create an authentic appearance.
For an even more realistic look and feel, you can personalize your packer with the following custom options:
- Movable Foreskin – Movement is available along the shaft only. It is not a retractable foreskin and cannot be pulled back to expose the glans.
- Hand-Painted Veins – Optional hand-painted vein detailing enhances the overall realism. As with all hand-painted silicone products, the paint will gradually fade with regular friction and wear. The rate of fading varies depending on individual use.
