I made a review with a complaint of not being able to get ahold of any one about my product. I can’t seem to respond to that one so I’m making another review. I ordered Sept. 30th, there was no holiday week that week so that excuse doesn’t make any sense. I’ve checked tracking multiple times and it says the same thing every time. USPS is awaiting item to ship. Please call me or give a customer service number or even respond to the email and chats. This is ridiculous. I’m about ready to dispute this with my bank. I’m uploading a pic of the tracking info to prove it still hasn’t shipped.

I ordered my package 2 weeks ago and it said a 3 week delivery time. I’ve checked and USPS tracking still says awaiting item to be shipped. I’ve also reached out by email 2 times with no response. I ordered this for a specific event and made sure I ordered with enough time to receive the item but I am getting worried and would just like a response to know what is happening please.. I will revise my review when I receive my package.

Update I even tried the chat feature and they never responded

I received this product around a year ago. It has held up perfectly with no rips or tears. It is well made and gets the job done, however I find it doesn't suit my anatomy. My anatomy is very far back, and the cup style means I have to position the shaft below me to pee, which feels and looks ridiculous. The cup tends to collapse between larger thighs, and is also decently shallow, leading to more splashback/spillage. The good news is that it works with a spouti; the bad news is that's the only way I have gotten it to work. I would recommend this product if your anatomy is more forward and you have thin thighs, otherwise, I would look at a different axolom product.

This is my second packer and it is genuinely life changing for me. I don’t use it for its stp function a lot, really only at home when I can wash it immediately afterwards, but I’ve been wearing it constantly for the past few days and it is already helping a lot with my bottom dysphoria. Because it’s hollow, it’s lighter than my other packer and thus more comfortable to wear, plus if you’re wearing tight underwear you don’t even really need an additional harness / strap to keep it in place. It’s easy enough to clean and the material is very comfortable to wear even over several hours. My partners love it as well. I would have liked to have several options for the shape of the base of the insertable rod, but it does its job well enough as it is.

This wasn’t my first STP. The way it felt took a minute to adjust to, and required different technique from firmer ones I’ve had. Now it’s my daily one. Pair this with STP boxers, this was a HUGE upgrade.

I ordered this package for my partner and it has yet to be delivered. I have emailed, sent messages on instagram, whatsapp, their chat bot, and called on Whatsapp. Ordering was easy and when I received a confirmation number and tracking information, I was excited. However, at the point of this review, it has been 3 week and the package is on the other side of the country.

I've had a lot of problems with bottom dysphoria since I realized i was trans. It got to the point where it would be really hard for me to function outside my house because I was always worried about being perceived wrong.

It got to the point that I couldn't go to the bathroom outside my house. It was actually my partner's suggestion to look into an stp to help me transition from one bathroom to the other. I did a lot of research and comparisons and landed on this one. And I have to say, it was the best thing I've ever bought for myself.

Not only does it work as a good packer to give me a more natural physique, but it's been a gamechanger confidence wise. It does take some getting used to, but once you learn how to hold it and adjust to your anatomy, it feels like second nature.

I also invested in the rod for play, and my boyfriend couldn't be happier. He might like it even more than I do tbh.

It's a great material for it's versatility and I can tell it's going to last me a long time. I definitely recommend this product and site now to all my fellow people in want of something like this.

It's got a bit of a learning curve and getting proper positioning took some time to master for both packing and STP. However, I am pleased with the overall results. The pleasure rod fits and works great for play time but the transition from packing/STP to play is a little different. Still getting the hang of it but great product for the price.

I love this packer, it feels like it's mine, but the one I received tore at the head very early on. When I tried to ask about how to repair it, I was offered a replacement. Now, I will admit I took a little while to provide my new address, but even I tried to follow up and provide yay address...crickets. I have been trying to her in contact for months, and I am beyond frustrated with the abysmal customer service. I would rate this product as a 5 star product if not for the customer service. This thing is $80. It is not cheap. When I shell out that kind of money, I feel like the customer service should be...better than a quick wave and then getting ignored. Especially given the kind of product this is and the kind of clientele it is supposed to be for.

I got the package and instantly fell in love with how it felt and how it matched my skin color. It looked amazing to wear. But USING it was another story smh. The balls portion isn’t even like a cup to make sure it holds your pee. So when I went to pee out of it , it was coming from my balls and from the front. I made a mess everywhere each time I tried to use it. In order to use this you basically have to have your pants to your ankles in order to not make a mess and stand OVER your targeted area lmao. I felt very uncomfortable trying to use it for STP but packing wise looked amazing. I also got the rod and haven’t got to use it yet but it definitely feels like it can do its job. Please with material and looks just not how it operates.

This was my first experience with a packer and I could not be more pleased. May initially feel too large to pack realistically but it never appears that way when I look in a mirror. Having a harness is certainly important (I did not realize this and did not think to purchase one, my sole regret) but otherwise it is easy to integrate into every aspect of your daily life. Also do not worry when you invariably piss yourself the first few times, it's a weird angle. Love this product and it has my full vote of confidence as the right product for a beginner looking for a bit of a larger size!

It’s a good product for STP and packing I have not tried it for play. I like the size and how it feels on my body, a tip would be to use it with tight underwear. I wish it would come with a harness or sold separately but I got it from another store. I would also love if it looked more realistic! But excellent work for the price! I am happy with my purchase.

My wife bought me the Knight for my birthday. I am approaching the point in my transition where the female restroom is becoming increasingly uncomfortable. While I am still practicing with the STP before using it in public, just packing alone has made me feel like a new man. I have used other soft packers, but the Knight just feels like it’s part of me. He stays where he belongs and doesn’t end up falling down my pants leg. I am a chubbier guy and I haven’t found the need for special underwear to keep everything in place.

Additionally, she got the rod and all I have to say is OMG WOW!! So much better and more gender euphoric than any other thing I’ve tried. The soft side against my body felt amazing. Best of all, SHE LOVED how it felt, which made it even better for me. Again I was able to use it with regular undies that were just a bit tight and everything stayed in place. Extra bonus, other than inserting the rod, everything was able to be very spontaneous. I was able to go from packing to playing almost instantly. No changing from a soft packer/underwear into a strap-on harness, keeping us both in the mood and allowing me really feel like a man.

So after about a month I can say, I still like him very much.. but as I am wearing it most of the time it is often a bit too big because in the throwsers it's really difficult to be placed confidently and most of the time it feels like it removes..
I'm thinking about buying a little smaller one. But it's difficult. What would you recommend me, if I'm really content about the optic and the consistence of the silicone... just it should be a liiiittle smaller.. but not too small? It's hard to secide. Any suggestions?

It’s absolutely amazing. Very euphoric, works good for me. The only thing I have is that it breaks apart a little bit but that’s just the pleasure rod if you know what I mean but yea thank you, it’s a great product.

I got it this week and I really love it. The only thing ist that the boxers are too elastic, even though I owned the smallest ones. Still they don't fix my buddy enough... But has anyone of you a good tip for some boxershorts that are really really save in keeping things on place? I tried different ones and also different options.. but until now I haven't found the "perfect" solution. I don't know, maybe I'm the only one with this problem ;-)

Good product, haven't had it for too long to really tell about how it can be long lasting or not, but I feel like the cup is a bit too narrow , it doesn't take all the genital zone and I am a skinny guy. Because of it, you have to be careful before you start to pee
