This is my first packer and I am very glad I went with this one! It looks and feels realistic enough to prevent any intense dysphoria I feel and feels very comfortable in my day to day wear.
I’ve had many packers over the years from STPs to just a normal packer. I have always had an issue with STPs never working out for me so switched to standard packers and still felt they were too bulky and firm. I’d almost given up hope as I was getting huge dysphoria not finding anything that worked and I came across some reviews on Reddit about the Axolom Echo. So I ordered one and I’m amazed. It’s so lightweight, just the right amount of firmness. I’ve always felt packers to be quite hard and when packing in underwear they just have too much of a bulge. I’m only 5 4” and this packer is perfect for my stature. It looks just like a flaccid penis. Not too hard and not too soft. Packs so well in boxers and looks like a natural bulge. The silicone is smooth, not tacky and sticky. The balls looks natural; super squishy not hard looking or feeling. The harness is a perfect fit, easy for the packer to sit and hang. Super soft material. Love the bag and keyring. I will definitely be getting an extra spare. I couldn’t be happier. 100% recommend if you like small and soft packers. Thanks Axolom :)
The shaft is cool and feels very real but the sack has some problems. The right nut keeps getting testicular torsion, and there's air in the sack so sometimes while walking or sitting I can hear the air and it makes popping sounds and just odds noise. The balls are also kinda small but that's not really a problem. The size fits well for a 5'3" 110 lb frame.
Definitely comfortable and realistic feel with the balls. Feels like it's part of me when I pack. It's a great packer for the price! It's not too sticky either so doesn't attract that much lint!
And I have yet to find anything that even comes close to being this amazing. I just wish they’d make the sack a bit bigger and add an extra 1/2 inch. Then it would be 10 stars if I could rate it that high.
The backing part of it is unnecessary though; I always end up using a razor knife to cut it off. It just ends up folding even when you’re wearing proper packing boxers.
