AXOLOM Echo Realistic FTM Packer - 3.5" Shaft Cut Version

Not meant for upward positioning; the base creases too badly. When worn downward, the shaft and tips define well (see attached picture), but the small size of the balls ruins the overall realistic bulk. Dear Axolom, please develop a model dedicated to upward packing with well-defined, larger balls.

I bought both the echo lite and this echo realistic packer not too long ago, and both so far have been great! I’ve found that the echo lite in particular has the best shape that fits perfectly with my anatomy. And at first, so did the realistic echo! Which was my all time favorite.
However I noticed after about a week or so that the balls started to slowly deflate & lose their shape. I can’t figure out where the leak is coming from, and I know I felt there was a leak coming from somewhere on the packet before this happened. But I’m too scared to squeeze it or make it worse. :(
I don’t know if it will show up in the photo, but the balls feel very noticeably flatter & empty, which makes it feel pretty weird wearing it now..

I ordered both packers under a separate email, but still have both the receipts & can submit those as proof if needed.

So, hands down this is the BEST and most natural-feeling packer Ive ever had; there is one downside—

The balls popped literally two months into me owning it, and I think it is because of how narrow the packing harness (also from this shop) is.

I took the packer out to clean it because it was getting a bit grimy and when I tried to put it back into the harness after drying, it popped all over me. The sac gel got everywhere, and I feel like I wasted $60 for something that should have definitely lasted me a lot longer.

I dont want this review to be overly negative, I will be purchasing a new one because I liked it so much, but why is it so fragile????

I’ve tried all the realistic Axalom packers and this one is the most comfortable for me. It’s light, has a realistic jiggle/softness and doesn’t stick out like an erection when not wearing underwear. The only downside is the testicles are very small. The average ball size is 4-5cm. These feel like 2cm which is not realistic and makes the scrotum look empty. I would love for this design to have normal sized testicles!

I want to start of by saying this is by far the best soft packer i have had so far (and i've had a bunch from different brands) I'm a small guy so i often struggle with looking boner-y especially in sweatpants. This packer worked perfect, always a nice bulge but never too much. The feel of it is great, and it stays in place even in regular underwear. When i first received the packer i felt the silicone around the balls being flimsy at some parts but didnt think too much of it. Now only 7 months later the silicone has torn, the insides are spilling out and I cant use it anymore sadly.

So let me begin with this,

I love the feeling of this packer. I wear it everyday, everywhere. I purchased this packer in December and it lasted about 1 month before I started seeing the flat backing start to detach from the packer itself. I just left it be, thinking it won’t split open.. however, it did 1 1/2 months in of wearing it. I tried using all sorts of super glues to repair it because it’s the best, most comfortable and affordable packer I have owned. Month 3, I have had enough with just dealing with the gel leak out into my genitalia to then email the company, went weeks with no response.. so here I am leaving a review. Very sad and unfortunate..

Shipping was fast and feels very comfortable inside their Flexit harness, or in some tight briefs. Love the moveable balls and texture of the shaft. I will definitely order from Axolom again.

I can’t really comment because I had to return the item. It arrived far too late, and the shipping took more than 19 days.

It was amazing while it lasted. I was getting ready for bed when I noticed the balls popped and one of the movable parts fell out. I was really disappointed when I saw that but the actual packer was perfect.

Feels great, best packer I've owned. The testicle feel great, the dual density is 100% worth the money comoared to the echo lite. Frankly, ive been eyeing the xl too

I love it. It makes me feel so euphoric. But after a month the balls just broke on me. The Skin was a bit bunched up and when i tried to smooth it out it broke and one of the movable testicles came out :( Be careful with it.

If you’re looking for a great standard packer, the echo is wonderful! I got this with the moveable testicles and foreskin and I could not recommend it enough. I’m 5’7 and 125-130lbs, and the bulge is a decent size with this, not too big but not crazy small either. Not to mention it’s feels quite realistic.

Wish I bought it sooner! Worth the price, good quality, very comfortable.

I've had this for about a year now, and it's still holding up great! I don't even notice any kind of wear or anything like that, which is a pleasant surprise, because I feel like I've seen a lot of people saying this one started to break after a much shorter length of time? I'm not deliberately careful either.

I like the material, and I feel like the size is good for my body. Just feels normal to wear all the time at this point. Not sure about using adhesives or anything like that with it as I've been using the flexit harness this whole time

The squishiness and softness of this packer is by far the most realistic flaccid packer I have ever had. The movable balls are super realistic as well, and overall it sits very well in my pants and packs so easily. The color of it is awesome too. Definitely my favorite packer.

I've definitely experienced some gender euphoria upon being reunited with my long-lost dick. Before ordering the Echo, I'd only experienced the dildos of the 2010s that are no where near as skin-like, soft, pliable and realistic. It is very aesthetically pleasing to me. I am new to packing and I've spent a lot of money doing research to figure out which combination of packer, holder (adhesive, harness, underwear) and pants or shorts work together to create the kind of bulge I need or want for different purposes. For me, I have four different situations I need to provide for: lounging & sleeping (a big dick is great here, maybe even the Echo XL) I want to feel it on my skin, so a harness is ideal, and the Echo would have been great for this--if I hadn't cut too much of the tab and made it no longer fit into the Axolom harness without slipping forward, DOH! I cut the tab because it protruded out the top, which made me feel more like I was wearing a prosthetic, and less like it was me. My other purposes are daily wear to work, working out and for sex, which is obviously a different prosthetic. It's the beginning of a journey of restoration and the Echo is my starting point. I highly recommend it, but just don't trim the tab flush with the top of the shaft or you won't be able to use it in anything but a pouch inside of underwear.

I loved my packer. The movable testicles are the coolest thing ever. They make me feel super euphoric and it really helps ease my bottom dysphoria.

I have had this packer for a month now and it has been game changing! I’ve had two packers from Axolom before but this is definitely by far my favorite. I think the price is totally worth it considering the moveable testicles, added coloring, and squishy feel. Also another huge plus is the size works good for me considering I’m only 5’2. However, I will say my one downside is how delicate it feels, but that hasn’t really been an issue for me. As long as you are gentle with it you should be fine. Overall though if you’re looking for a cheaper but realistic packer this is a great option!

I've owned this packer for a little over a year now, and it is incredible. I've heard others having problems with it bursting or ripping, however I have been using it every single day in all types of harnesses and tape, and I have not had a single issue. It has filled a hole in my heart I didn't know was there. It has allowed me to pass so much easier, and it passes a grab test/pat down. It looks so natural that even TSA doesn't flag it! I can't recommend this packer enough.
