Not very realistic at all at least not for an adult SA male, this i1 in particular is the size of a very young boy so I was disappointed and trashed the entire piece
I am 5'3 and 115 pounds soaking wet. This is the perfect size packer and looks extremely realistic. When im using the bathroom you can barely even tell that it is silicone. This is by far the best packer and stp ive ever used.
Ive seen a few people on here say that the trick to using the stp is to hold it by the balls. I agree but i put slight pressure on the back lip with my middle finger just for some extra security and it works really well.
I also wanted to add that i am a stealth trans man who got my packer right before i went to the beach. I can say that this packer is discreet enough to the point it dosent make me look bricked up even in a wet bathing suit. I got a harness off of amazon (bc im broke) and it dosent move at all. I even went in the pool with my family and none of them really noticed anything different. Ive even ridden bikes everyday because of the island im on and it still dosent move and is super comfortable.
If anyone is looking at this packer and is on the fence i truly hope that you have as good as an experience as i did with this one. Its actually really good for the price and exceeded my expectations.

Im going to write this review because it seems to me to be an excellent product for the price they give, it's very good quality, the fact that it also comes with a bag to store it, it's exactly what a short king like me would find perfect. A lot of support for all the trans folks out there 🏳️⚧️💪🏽💪🏽
It's really sleek and convenient, I appreciate that it is silicone unlike the weird pvc rods in other packers lol. And the grinding part is a really perfect touch!
Its a good harness, but it detreads after a few washes.
