AXOLOM Echo XL Realistic Packer - 4.5" Shaft Cut

Such a nice cute squishy packer, this is my first one and I love it! The only thing that you should take into account before you buy is that the color is slightly darker than shown (I got C1 but in person it more resembles C2). But other than that, the quality is very nice for the price!

This one is the perfect softness with realistic movement physics. The balls are long and dangly so I now understand what it’s like to sit on them haha. They are a realistic size and the shaft is very lengthy for flaccid. There is a large bulge under clothes. The skin tones are accurate, particularly C2 for me.
It’s not as realistic as the lifecast packer, eg, the urethral opening is a tiny, undetailed line and the balls don’t have much wrinkles. The most annoying thing is that the balls make a sound when they are moved. In a quiet room, I can hear them “schlocking” around. I’m guessing that there is some air pockets in there.
Overall, not as realistic as other options and may cause weird noises but it’s super comfortable.

Great choice for it's price range. The only issue I have with it is that the testicles tend to float around in the sack and get themselves out of place and look a bit lumpy. It can be a bit frustrating to move them back into place but it's possible with some time.

So happy you guys came out with the bigger echo. This truly is the perfect sized packer now! Love the profile it gives and it flattens well in normal underwear. Great job!! Super soft and squishy as well.

Texture is 10/10. Wish the base was as thick as the rest of the shaft. Don't think the movable skin is worth it. I have another that doesn't have the sliding skin and the texture is still amazing.

Physically, this packer is actually very well made. The size and overall feel are great, the color is incredibly realistic, and it looks highly authentic. If you are buying just the base model, it’s a solid product. I would absolutely recommend it.

However, do NOT waste your money on the $30 "movable foreskin" option. Medically and anatomically, a foreskin covers the glans. In the prosthetics industry, a "movable foreskin" explicitly means a retractable layer of silicone that covers and uncovers the head of the packer. On this product, it is literally just a slightly loose, extra layer of silicone at the very base of the shaft. It does not move over the head at all; the packer arrives looking completely circumcised.

When I contacted customer service, they admitted it doesn't have a true retractable foreskin and blamed "confusing terminology," yet they refuse to refund the $30 premium. Hiding their own strange definition multiple screens down past the "Buy" button is incredibly misleading.

Overall for me this purchase was a huge disappointment and waste of my time for all the communications, including photos and videos I had to make.

very realistic feeling, but as someone who loves to pack larger, this didn’t cut it for me. Just sucks because i wanted the softness but on a larger scale. amazing product though.

I love it so much, it has helped me tremendously this past month with fighting dysphoria. It is really realistic and I am confident that if I was born AMAB then that is exactly what my penis would look like! I will definitely be ordering from you guys again, whether it’s a STP, or another packer!

It did come with a small air bubble that eventually tore, though for me it wasnt in a place that would do significant damage. With them being hand made i knew it was possible for that to happen. Despite that, it works and functions wonderfully, ive used both the packing underwear off of here and some t-tape and it works great with both. Incredibly realistic and the weight keeps it in place. Will be buying it again when the one I got needs replacing!

Super realistic packer, the floating balls are awesome loll. I use this packer with the gendercat slef adhesive sheets and it works perfectly!!

AWESOME!!!!! it was a present for my bf and it fits him perfect - it feels very realistic and is perfect for his size, he is 5'6" and it fits exact :) thank you so so much! he also got the harness to hold it and thats perfect too - i would suggest potentially sizing down if you're between sizes for the harness but other than that, no notes! everythings great - much appreciated!

As a trans guy, finding a packer that actually feels right can be difficult, but Axolom genuinely made me feel more comfortable in my body. It’s realistic, comfortable enough for everyday wear, and gave me a confidence boost I didn’t expect. I appreciate how accessible and affordable their products are too!

This is my first packer so I don’t really have anything to compare it with but I am really happy with it. It feels so much like a part of my body that I don’t really notice I’m wearing it and the gender euphoria is just unreal.
I was slightly worried that it would be too big but I think it makes a bulge that is proportional to my body. I’m 6 ft tall and fairly broadly build for reference. I will probably get the smaller one as well as I’m still in the process of figuring my gender out so I would love to have one I can wear when I’m out and about that is a little less noticeable. I wear it with Axoloms harness which works perfectly.
I live in Europe and was pleasantly surprised with how quick and smooth the delivery was once the packer was shipped. All in all just a fantastic experience buying my first packer and I will definitely be back for more. Uh and I loved the little keychain I got as well!

This is such a nice soft packer! It's about time someone made a packer that people can afford to get. The floating balls for one are amazing, but all the other sites charge alot for it. They come standard on the echo. Then there is the company itself, I can't tell you how amazing they are. If you have an issue they will get back to you quickly and solve it. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants quality without spending a fortune. I will be sure to get more from them in the future.

My new favorite by a long shot. It definitely packs large and because it's more delicate I mostly where it at home but it is amazing!

Honestly, I think I bought it too big, but I didn't return it because I'm going to find a use for it anyway. I'm very happy with how it feels and how realistic it looks; it's the most realistic I've ever had. The only thing I'd change is the way it's attached; it doesn't come with a harness or anything else to attach it to, or you could recommend some glue for that. Also, the flap part, so to speak, seems too big, and I had to cut it to make it much more comfortable. But otherwise, I'm very happy with everything.

This is the squishiest packer I’ve ever had. I really like the feel of the moveable balls and the dual density silicone. The packer is a little big for an average soft package, so I like that it squishes down a bit with underwear and pants. I personally don’t like the feel of silicone touching me constantly so I’m not a fan of the tab, so I trimmed it.

Great size. Most realistic one I’ve ever had. I’ve bought multiple and will buy more of this particular prosthetic. Feels great nice soft and squishy. The looks also very realistic, only thing I can say is I wish they had a middle ground between the regular smaller one and the xl. Fits great in harnesses and briefs. I prefer to just sit it in my briefs and the snug boxers and tab hold everything great. I work labour too and have no issues. Very happy with this product.

This is my third order from Axolom. As always, absolutely amazing product! My wife was shocked by how realistic it feels! As what some would refer to as a “gold star”, I’ve gotta take her word for it. I will say that it walks the line of feeling a bit large in some pants. I saw another review on here that said something along the lines of “if you’re a bigger guy, this is the one for you.” I feel like that’s accurate.
