AXOLOM STP Trunk 1.8" O ring is a soft Breathable Cotton STP Packing underwear. The packing underwear features an anti-roll middle “O Layer”. The button fly underwear is made for packing an STP Packer (It is perfect for Stand to Pee Prosthetics). It enables a user to have a 3-in-1 option. Now STP Packer can be used without a harness. Synonyms: STP Trunks Button-Fly Underwear, STP Brief, FTM STP Packing Trunks, FTM Harness.

Axolom STP Trunk 1.8" O ring is packing underwear for STP Packers. You can pack any of the Stand to Pee prosthetics. It can't be packed with FTM Soft Packers because FTM packers are soft and not eligible for this packing with STP Trunk. It looks naturally well and it is very comfortable. The Axolom STP Trunk is similar to our Axolom STP Trunk. The design is the same but the color is different.

Introduction: Packing underwear is an essential part of trans men's life. The Axolom Packing Jockstrap underwear has an "O ring band" inside for holding a packer gear and also has a little pouch for holding a FTM Packing Gear.

Good packing underwear

Fits my hips good. Keeps my valor on and in place. The o ring is the right size. For me the loop and o ring is only good for play. The o ring alone good for standing to pee. When I have both the o ring and the loop I pee outside my cup. Not sure if that’s the design or user error. For me the legs roll up so this is more like briefs/tighty whites than boxers for me. However that might be a thunder thigh issue. Over all very good packing underwear! The buttons keep my STP close and up and out the way. Buttons stay on well. Easy to unbutton, aim, and fire; then stuff, button, and move out.

The boxers themselves are quite comfortable, and my STP feels very secure in them. I did have a lot of trouble getting my STP placed correctly, as the natural positioning is too high and it leaked a lot! I found some smaller sized cis boxers worked, but I did eventually get it to work with these ones too. I ordered an XS, since I have very small hips, so maybe a size up might work better?

Trunk 1.8 O ring

Had to go up to an XL from a L. As you get older, things are not quite as slim as when young. XL fits great and functions great. Thanks for the product.

I love these! I got the blue ones too and I’m going to keep getting more. I don’t use an STP so unfortunately I can’t speak on the functionality in that department. I do have a Pack and Play however, and oh boy. 10/10. So comfy and with a cute logo! And my girlfriends love them too!
