AXOLOM STP Trunk 1.8" O ring is a soft Breathable Cotton STP Packing underwear. The packing underwear features an anti-roll middle “O Layer”. The button fly underwear is made for packing an STP Packer (It is perfect for Stand to Pee Prosthetics). It enables a user to have a 3-in-1 option. Now STP Packer can be used without a harness. Synonyms: STP Trunks Button-Fly Underwear, STP Brief, FTM STP Packing Trunks, FTM Harness.

Axolom STP Trunk 1.8" O ring is packing underwear for STP Packers. You can pack any of the Stand to Pee prosthetics. It can't be packed with FTM Soft Packers because FTM packers are soft and not eligible for this packing with STP Trunk. It looks naturally well and it is very comfortable. The Axolom STP Trunk is similar to our Axolom STP Trunk. The design is the same but the color is different.

it works great for packing, but not for stp. it leak a lot, wish i had bought another type.

Good overall

I had my doubts at first, but once you figure out how to use it it’s great. Having a wider stance and using the pocket of my boxers to pee and it’s urinal friendly for sure!

Homerun STP

its Big, WOW very happy with this purchase. super soft, Ilike the capacity and length, this is easier to hold and pee rapidly with if you are familiar with using an STP. I especially like the balls because the firmness helps keep it in place to STP. They are realistic looking in my underwear, and this packs surpisingly smoothly for its sexy size. I haven't ordered a rod, but love this to STP and really love how well it packs! it can pack down where you get the biggest bulge, or sideways semi erect, will lay it over more flat at the shaft. Or you can readily pack up with it too, it WILL SHOW like its hard if you want it to. I am a tall guy so like this size as it fits me proportionately. Superior as a packer! learning curve if you are not experienced at STP. For me it peed perfect first time, already packing it this evening. Super quality at an amazing price! hope they restock C4 soon, please keep this STP available in this size, it is much easier to use, and the shaft length, diameter, ball size and ball shape really helps! I hold the balls with my legs to pee, just one hand is necessary on the shaft. Pull the whole thing up higher to pack, lower it just while peeing. It fits in my pocket jock strap and in a packing harness. I needed more size and this is perfect! the hole placement on the cup is very good, different shapes can fit different body types, wonderful quality here! thanks Axolom!

Results vary by use case

As a packer (intended use case): wonderful, love it, so euphoric. I’m 5’1” 125 some odd lbs and find it the perfect size for me. I think the density is great, soft and squishy enough that it’s really comfortable but just firm enough to give it some weight. The hole in the back was something that I was very specifically looking for in a packer, because I was more going for something that would feel like an extension of myself than the visual aspect, and it helps so much with that.
Sleeve (probably not an intended use case): This is the other thing about the hole in the back. It’s ribbed. You can probably imagine where I’m going with this. With that added level of brain body integration it is incredibly euphoric both physically and visually to effectively give yourself a hand job with it. Proceed with caution as I did so and straight up ripped the phallus from the balls.
