Inspired by customer feedback, the AXOLOM Natow Lifelike FTM Packer is a more compact version of our original Natow STP, redesigned for comfortable everyday packing.

With a shorter 3.74" shaft and balanced proportions, it creates a subtle, natural-looking bulge that sits comfortably under clothing.

Sculpted from real anatomical references, every detail—from the defined glans to the textured scrotum—is carefully crafted for a lifelike appearance.

Movable Testicles – Featuring the same gel-filled scrotum design as our Echo Realistic, this option adds subtle, lifelike movement while delivering a softer, more realistic feel for enhanced comfort during everyday wear.

For an even more realistic look and feel, you can personalize your packer with the following custom options:

• Movable Foreskin – Movement is available along the shaft only. It is not a retractable foreskin and cannot be pulled back to expose the glans.
• Hand-Painted Veins – Optional hand-painted vein detailing enhances the overall realism. As with all hand-painted silicone products, the paint will gradually fade with regular friction and wear. The rate of fading varies depending on individual use.
